constant buses clean pools
The pools were clean and well kept. The adult-only pool provided a quiet escape. The Deli offered a variety of snacks and meals. I especially loved the smoothies. The bula buses ran constantly throughout the hotel. This made it easy to get around the resort.
My room's electrical switches were wired poorly. It took effort to turn off the lights.

well kept facilities waterslide area hilton club
the facilities are well maintained with superb grounds maintenance the kids waterslide area kept the little ones happy aqua aerobics in the pool was fun too i found it beneficial to join the hilton club for free wifi and food discounts on check in
i thought the main restaurant needed a more thorough cleaning

Fantastic Stay!
cute staff equipped kitchen adults only pool
I made several friends with the staff. They were so cute. The layout worked great for my group of four, traveling together. The kitchen had all the equipment we needed, including a good fridge. The proximity to the adults-only pool was a HUGE plus.
The absence of consistent service did detract slightly from the experience.

Our suite included a spacious living area with comfortable seating. a well-equipped kitchenette with modern appliances, and a private balcony with ocean views, providing ample space for relaxation. The bedrooms were clean, and well-kept. Each featured comfortable beds. The suite size was excellent.

The hotel offered direct beach access, allowing convenient walks along the shore, and it was close to the marina with many shops and restaurant options. Getting around was straightforward. It was a GREAT location!!!

Fantastic Stay at a Spacious Resort
easy access positive experience relaxing atmosphere
The resort layout allowed for easy access to various amenities. I found a buggy quickly. The hotel stretches 3km. Staff members, like Moli, Alumita, Percy, John, and Waqa, added to the positive experience. They were lovely and helpful. The adults-only section, including its pool and Koro restaurant, provided a relaxing atmosphere.
I noticed that the light switch in the wardrobe was faulty. This resulted in a constant light shining across the bed at night and I found it annoying. Despite reporting it to the service maid on day one, it was never fixed.

The breakfast offered a large variety of options and seemed ideal for relaxation. It provided a super calm place! The Maravu restaurant was also amazing, especially the Thai food, and Ruci provided us with a fantastic service.

The resort's location provided convenient access to the main pools and the restaurant. It was beneficial for my stay. The beach view from the room was great, and the pool areas were also visually appealing with ample space.

The staff demonstrated politeness and warmth, made the welcome very pleasant. All the staff members were friendly and always willing to assist in any way possible. Waqa, from the reception area, was especially cute, and made our day with every chat.
